		<description>Diane-

If there ever was a need to appeal a decision to the SCC, this is it.

I regularly pass by this farm in the Township of Mapleton, Wellington County.

The ensuing devastation from the burying of waste highway materials is obvious from the condition of the farm.

Are not those who have buried wastes from tar ponds, gas stations, dry cleaning operations, trichloroethylene (TCE) users { &lt;a href=&quot;http://www.ec.gc.ca/rsd-sdr/default.asp?lang=En&amp;n=79569749-1&quot; target=&quot;_blank&quot; rel=&quot;nofollow&quot;&gt;http://www.ec.gc.ca/nopp/docs/rpt/degrease/en/pro...&lt;/a&gt; } chased

relentlessly by MOEs and Environment Canada to rehabilitate, whether or not &quot;they&quot; were aware of the effects of their discharging of wastes?

Perhaps when a matter is land related, the learned justices should see with their own eyes and drink from the same well ?

Remaining incredulous,
