Green energy and the Condominium Act

Proposed-condo-act-Changes is another interesting comment on the Green Energy Act, Bill 150, proposing complementary changes to the Condominium Act. These proposed changes would make it easier for condominium corporations to invest in energy conservation and renewable energy.
